I feel like there is a lot of potential that Huns and Mongols fetishists are looking past. I want to explore using them a bit more, especially on the flank for Scrushing (but any advice on using them on the pocket would be nice, too :D ). clusterfuck with a giant trade line where you can just spam Mangudai with total reckless abandon.Īlso, Magyars aren't way overused like the Mongols. I feel like they have a better late game than the Mongols, unless we're talking Post-Imp. I feel like they're a little more balanced, and I don't have to rely as heavily on siege. However, if the game drags on for much longer, I'm just not as comfortable pushing on with them as I am with the Magyar. I've been trying to 1v1 with them on Arabia, and that cheaper Scout bonus is quite nice, and the free Forging is great for actually picking off vills instead of just idling them, but I've also been experimenting with the Mongols, and am getting waaay better Feudal times with them. I think that they're a very viable civ on a lot of maps, and work on the flank or in the pocket.
